By downloading, accessing, or using the Maidah mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Maidah is a community-driven platform that helps users find Halal dining options and mosques. We provide location-based search, user reviews, and community-contributed data regarding the Halal status of establishments.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You may need to create an account to access certain features (e.g., posting reviews). You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. User Content

The App allows you to post reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ("User Content").

• License: By posting User Content, you grant Maidah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share it.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time.

5. Halal Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate information, the Halal status of restaurants can change. Much of our data is community-contributed or sourced from third parties. Maidah does not guarantee the Halal status of any establishment. We encourage you to verify with the restaurant directly before dining.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Use any automated means (data mining, robots, scraping) to access or collect data from the App without our permission.
• Harass or harm other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maidah and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
